We initially chose Royal River based on the many positive recommendations we heard from others. Our experience with them has been stellar. From our initial visit with the “designer” through the installation process we have been very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. During this time of pandemic, we have also been very appreciative of their sensitivity to health and safety when talking with us and working inside our home. The installation was quick and efficient. The crew was here when they said they would be here, did a neat and workmanlike job and were wrapped up in less than half a day, leaving no mess behind. It has been the kind of experience that a homeowner always hopes for and seldom actually gets. The office staff even sent in the materials for a rebate from Efficiency Maine!
