Royal River Heat Pumps will be featuring the Center for Grieving Children this month on the Ripple to River webpage. Even a small, individual act of kindness can “ripple out” into something significant for kids that are facing challenges nobody ever wants to face. One person’s donation, no matter how small, can combine with others to bring comfort and positive change to a family facing unimaginable challenges after their child has been diagnosed with a critical illness. Ripple to River will highlight one Maine-based organization each month that focuses on supporting these children. More
Please note that we will be closed December 24 through January 2 for our annual holiday break so that our employees will have time with their families. We will reopen on January 3, 2022.
A long time ago, the Royal River was an important part of life here in our neck of the woods, powering mills and allowing a community to grow and flourish. Nowadays, we see what the river helped to create. We believe that ordinary people can come together to make a big difference, too, in helping to create a community that continues that growth.
Our “Ripple to River” program is highlighting Make-A-WishⓇ Maine this month, an important organization in our community that could use your help.

The Cold Climate Heat Pump Technology Challenge aims to reduce carbon pollution from cold climate heating and increase efficiency to save consumers money. The U.S. Department of Energy is working towards advancing cold-climate clean heat pumps to reach the Biden administrations goal of net-zero carbon by 2050. Heat pumps significantly reduce carbon pollution, while lowering energy costs and comfortably heating (and cooling!) homes. Mitsubishi Electric has announced their commitment to advance innovation and efficiency of the next generation of heat pumps. More information
